Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. This policy is in place to maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the unlikely event that:

  • You receive an incorrect item, or

  • Your order arrives damaged due to transit

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Requests submitted after this time frame may not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

Shipping Days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day

Next Day Delivery

  • Must be placed before 1:00 PM (UK time)

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day

  • Next day delivery does not apply on weekends

  • Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Any delivery issues must be taken up directly with the courier.
