Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day

Next Day Delivery

  • Must be selected before 1:00 PM (UK time)

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day

  • Next day delivery does not apply on weekends

    • Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.

    Lost or Stolen Parcels

    Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.
